INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
We are dedicated in supporting neurodivergent minds of all ages – children, teens and adults. We provide a welcoming and safe space to be yourself and to feel understood.
As a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practice, we do not expect therapy to be ‘conventional’. We support the use of movement, stimming, art, music, body-work, meditation, and creativity. We strive to provide a supportive relationship that invites you to be yourself. Our trauma-informed therapeutic approach acknowledges how trauma impacts the brain and body. As such, we integrate somatic and adjunctive mind-body based therapy approaches to facilitate healing and in building resiliency.
Our pediatric therapy services are holistic, focusing on neurodevelopment, and helping children integrate different areas of their developing brain to promote therapeutic change. Our therapists use therapeutic activities and tools that enhance brain organization and function to support the development of emotional regulation, executive functions, working memory, sensory processing, attention, visual-motor integration and mindfulness and awareness. We always work adjunctively and collaboratively with parents to help support their children’s goals.
All adult and pediatric therapy services begin with an intake appointment to gather information and discuss therapy recommendations and options.
