FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with BCBS PPO and BlueChoice.
We are out-of-network with all other insurance policies. If you are using your out-of-network benefits (i.e. Aetna, Cigna, United, BCBS HMO Plan) we will work with you to apply for direct reimbursement with your insurance provider. We are able to provide our clients with service codes (CPT Codes) prior to starting services to determine reimbursement coverage.
You may use your FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) to pay for services.
How much do evaluations cost?
We are in-network with BCBS PPO and BlueChoice and out-of-network with all other insurance policies. We ask that all our clients to be familiar with their mental health insurance benefits (copays, deductible) and determine if their plan requires a pre-authorization prior to starting services.
Clients may choose to opt out of using insurance benefits and self-pay. The out-of-pocket costs for a comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations vary. There is no set cost because each client’s needs are different. The costs depend on many factors including: referral question(s), complexity of the case, time it takes to administer the assessments, time needed to go over the evaluation results and answer any questions clients have. Clients only pay for the services and time rendered. We start all evaluations with an intake appointment with a clinical psychologist to better understand your testing needs. We are able to provide a comprehensive ‘good faith estimate’ following the intake appointment.
Our out-of-pocket neuropsychological evaluation fees, which include the intake appointment, range between:
ADHD Evaluation & Psychological Assessment (Socio-Emotional, Mood, Trauma, Personality) $2400 to $2900
AuDHD Evaluation & Psychological Assessment (Socio-Emotional, Mood, Trauma, Personality) $2200 to $3400
Adult Autism Evaluation & Psychological Assessment (Socio-Emotional, Mood, Trauma, Personality) $2200 to $2600
Psychological Assessment only (Socio-Emotional, Mood, Trauma, Personality) $2000 – $2400
Brain Mapping $920
Learning Disability Assessment $3000
Consultation Services on previously completed evaluations or requests for re-evaluation $220
All of our evaluations are neurodiversity affirming and assess all domains of ADHD and Autism Spectrum.

Wear comfortable clothes, feel free to bring any item from home that brings you a sense of comfort or helps us understand you and your interests better. You are welcomed to bring your partner or a friend. All minors under the age of 18 have to be accompanied by an adult.
What is the testing process like?
There are 4 steps to the evaluation process:
Intake. During the intake appointment you will meet with a licensed clinical psychologist to gather background information and explore the reason(s) you are seeking a neuropsychological/psychological evaluation. The clinical psychologist will answer any questions you may have in preparation for testing.
Testing. This includes one-on-one testing and gathering information from parents, teachers, and your treatment team. Most in-person testing sessions last between two to six hours. Testing is typically scheduled in the morning, so it is important to get a good night’s sleep the night before and eat a good breakfast. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any comfort object from home. Clients are welcomed to bring a snack and a drink. Testing may take place over the course of one or more days. As a neurodiversity testing center, we encourage short breaks, the use of stimming, movement, support animal, and any other supports that may be needed to provide us the most accurate representation of your abilities. Our testing space is sensory friendly.
Interpretation. Following completion of testing, your assigned clinical psychologist will take all your testing data, interpret it, and write a comprehensive report.
Feedback. Once the report is completed you will meet with the clinical psychologist to review the report together. You may invite anyone to be a part of your feedback, including your therapist, partner or support animal.
Do you provide virtual evaluations?
