ABOUT US

OUR MISSION

Our shared mission is to transform the culture of mental health by destigmatizing and depathologizing the essence of what it is to be a human. We provide inclusive care that creates a world that embraces differences, reduces stigma and encourages access to mental health care.

Our Care Values

Humanistic Care

We challenge the standard mental health system of pathology; offering a non-pathologizing approach to mental care. We see you as a whole person- not a ‘label’. You are not ‘disordered’, ‘broken’ or ‘flawed’. We believe the challenges and ‘symptoms’ that bring you to therapy are meaningful reactions and responses to current or past experiences.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Care

We attend to the uniqueness of neurodivergent minds and believe in personalized, evidenced-informed, person-centered care. We understand that standard therapy approaches, with specific structure and format, were designed without much consideration of neurodiversity. We honor the neurodivergent culture and tailor therapy to your unique neurotype.

Innovative Care

We offer a range of innovative, non-invasive and drug-free, therapeutic approaches guided by cutting-edge research in neuroscience to support and meet the therapy needs for all.
