Occupational Therapy

Your life is made up of “occupations”, or everyday activities. These occupations include playing, learning, sleeping, resting, riding your bike, planning, getting dressed, writing, grocery shopping and other activities. Occupational therapy supports the use of activities that are meaningful and purposeful. The core of occupational therapy is to promote ease of participation in activities that are important for you, your child and your family as a whole. Our occupational therapy services are led by Dr. Linda Tran, who offers a neuro-affirming, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approach in helping her clients live a more fulfilled life. Common areas that occupational therapy can address include: participation in play, activities of daily living, instrumental activities, life roles, executive function, sensory differences and social activities.
